We operate a human rights management policy that includes procedures for internal and external communication, grievance handling, and remediation to implement these principles. This applies to all domestic and overseas worksites of 4D Group, and we declare the Human Rights Management Charter to ensure shared understanding and company-wide practice.

  • 4D Group expects all of its Third-Party Partners to abide by the principles that are set forth in this Third-Party Code of Conduct, which comprises an important component of Third-Party Partner evaluation and selection. This Code is based on international standards and guidelines. In the case in which this Code contradicts the laws of a certain country in which business in conducted, Third-Party Partners shall comply with the higher standard of the two.
